You will get your muscle bottom such as calf, thigh, and hip tighten by riding a bicycle. It also can burn your calories for about 300 up to 700 calories per hour. So, you will find it useful to decrease your weight.
Riding a bicycle is much recommended for obesities people since it is relatively safer than other physical exercises that force them to jump or to run which causes an injury for their feet, their waist, and their back. It is also good for people who suffer heart disease for it can increase the heart volume up to 50% so that the heart can get more oxygen.
One of the reasons why riding a bicycle is an interesting physical exercise because it is one of relaxation ways by feeling the air that can refresh your mind. The last but not least, riding a bicycle can decrease air pollution.

You can follow the tips below before you decide to buy bike:
*      The saddle should be in an appropriate size and comfortable enough to sit.
*      Make sure the height of the saddle and your height are suitable to avoid inconvenience. The ideally one is the height of saddle and handlebar are parallel.
